Hat
	1 Black Shaped Teardrop (24 inch, 60.8 cm), very loosely rolled, give the end an extra pinch 1 Black Teardrop  (12 inch, 30.4 cm) for the bottom of the hat  4 Purple Spirals (1.5 inch, 3.8 cm), arranged in a flower shape and attached to hat where the 2 teardrops meet
Hair
	8 Green Spirals (6 inch, 15.2 cm).  Use 1/16 in, .15 cm wide paper strips for the hair
